Collier's Reserve is a private country club community built 488 acres (1/3 of the community is in the form of a protected natural preserve) along the Cocohatchee River comprised of 228 single-family estate homes. The Arthur Hills designed 18-hole championship golf course utilizes river views at several points throughout a round.

Each estate home is custom designed, with a review committee maintaining architectural standards. The minimum home size permitted is 2,500 square feet on lots ranging in size from 1/3 to 3/4 of an acre, all enjoy golf, lake or river views.
