Pelican Marsh is ideally located in North Naples about one and
one-half miles from the Vanderbilt Gulf Beaches. Upscale shopping
and dining facilities are within blocks and Pelican Marsh is
close to the Philharmonic Center for the Arts. There is over a
1000 acres of property with beautiful landscaping. Lakes are
numerous and the 133 acres of nature preserves provide a terrific
