The Pelican Isle Yacht Club is situated on a peninsula north of Vanderbilt Beach with views of the wetlands and waterways of Wiggins Bay. Unobstructed views of Sanibel Island to the north and Bay Colony to the south are an everyday occurrence at Pelican Isle.

Pelican Isle features three buildings of differing sizes, styles, and layouts. Condominiums, with three or four bedrooms, range from 2,456 to 3,050 square feet of living area under air, plus balconies and covered garage parking. The community has three pools and a fitness center. The community offers excellent security with a manned entry gate.

Pelican Isle Yacht Club members have access to the clubhouse, dining room and lounge area, a trainer in the fitness center, tennis courts, and water taxi to the beach.
